• This card is not a cheque guarantee, debit, credit or charge card.
• Valid cards are redeemable in full or part payment.
• The giftcard cannot be exchanged for cash or any other voucher.
• The minimum amount required to purchase or Top – up the Giftcard is £10.
• The maximum amount is £500.
• The balance on the card can be checked in store or on www.instantdiscounts.com or www.idlgiftcard.com
• No change will be given but any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.
• All Giftcard transactions are recorded on our secure online database.
• The amount deposited, redeemed or toped-up will show on each transaction receipt.
• You can Top – up your Giftcard by adding more value.
• If the balance on your card drops to zero it will become inactive until you top-up the card.
• In the event the card is inactive for a consecutive periodof 24 months the card will automatically expire and the remaining balance will be cancelled.
• Please keep the Giftcard safe and treat it like cash, we as the company cannot held liable for lost or stolen cards, however if reported we can stop the card from being used by others and cards will be replaced. A fee will be charged for all replacements.
• In the unlikely event that the processig system is temporarily unavailable ask the merchant to call for the helpdesk for an authorization code.
• We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time where necessary to do so and any such changes will be notified on www.instantdiscounts.com or www.idlgiftcard.com

• With the Instant Discounts card there is no account to open, no points to collect. Simply present your card at one of our merchants that have our system and obtain a discount, offer or promotion.
• Instant Discounts Limited (IDL) is committed to growing and expanding the membership base of Merchants as quickly as we can and we are actively recruiting new Merchant members all the time. Merchant may enter and leave our programme so keep watch on our website /merchants windows for constant updates.
• Cardholders agree and understand the Merchants are in charge of how much they discount their goods and services and the timing of that discounting. IDL is a third party record keeper only of your transactions.
• IDL cannot and will not compel Merchants to discounts nor dictate the timing of discounting or promotions. Terms and Conditions may be applied by the Merchants at point of sale.
• IDL keeps track of it’s merchants members’ discount offers and will keep you the cardholder informs by various tools including our websites www.instantdiscounts.com , text messaging etc., we will aim to provide you with the latest information on discounts and promotions in our area at all times.
• IDL is committed to developing tools to give you the most up to date information of merchant’s discounts and promotions in your local area.
• IDL accepts no liability for the goods and services offered by the IDL Merchant. Your statutory rights are not affected.
• Your card is personal to you and may only be used by you to obtain Instant Discounts. IDL may turn off your card if IDL suspect stolen or fraudulent use.
• IDL may make changes from time to these rules details of which we will publish on the websites. Use of your card after such publication will mean that you accept those new rules apply to the use of your card.
• The Date Protection Act Privacy Policy also applies to this agreement and you can view this on the website.
• This agreement is subject to English Law.
